I.G.A.D!

I have been suffering from IGAD syndrome (I've Got All Day). I met for lunch yesterday with a friend who is in the same employment situation I am in, and we were comparing notes. Both of us were complaining that we are getting less done now that we are home all day than we used to get done when we were working 40 hours a week. I know that I am suffering from a lack of routine. One of my big problems is knowing what my routine should look like. I am not complaining too much though, it is a good problem to have.

I got the knitting done on my hobo bag. I have it mostly assembled, I just have to stitch the other handle on. I think I am really going to enjoy using this one.

I had to do some frog stitching (unstitching: ripit, ripit) on the sky. I had used the wrong color. I got one thread of the border started on this side.

On this side I got the sky stitched, most of the light house (doesn't it look a little tippy? Hopefully that is just an optical illusion.) the filling for the frame, and the greens from the tulip meadow. Next are the tulips themselves. That is fun, but there are only a couple of stitches of each of six shades of pink, so it is a little fiddly.

Blogger seems to be having issues today, I hope this will post. If you can't leave a comment, you could always e-mail me!

I never knew it had a name. <Most retirees have the IGAD complaint. "I got up this morning with nothing to do and by bedtime I was only half done!"
I'm afraid the lighthouse is not symmetrical and that makes it look "tippy". You probably had that figured out already. What a beautiful piece it is.
